This session is for senior policy and communications professionals in EU agencies and international/global organisations who want to use AI to support day-to-day decision-making, align outputs across teams and retain organisational knowledge.
Special attention is given to how AI can be used with sensitive, confidential information in compliance with organisational policies.

- Drawing on concrete use cases from training more than 2,000 professionals in regulated environments, the session focuses on how AI is already shaping everyday work inside institutions, where risks can emerge unnoticed, and scenario planning or analysis can be radically improved with AI.
