A few observations I received about AI during my trip to Brussels (in random order):
- people mentioned using Sora, Opus, DeepL and agents
- AI impacts all levels of work from strategy to execution
- there's anxiety about increased expectations due to AI
- people need more critical thinking and accountability
- AI agents are the most promising solution in comms
- people love the idea of critiquing their work with AI
- deeper questions will get you sharper AI responses
- comms pros remain hesitant due to poor AI writing
- saving time and prioritisation are still key needs
- there’s high demand for practical AI use cases
After giving 3 AI workshops last week, I realised:
AI is here to stay.
But it's not about adding it to everything you do.
It's about starting small and testing it on a small project.
And slowly stacking tools and processes on top.
How is AI affecting your work?
Talk to you later 👋
