→ Ensure transparency
Be clear with your team members how they use AI, what responses they get and what decisions they make with AI.
→ Set data privacy standards
Avoid sharing personal information and check the settings of the tools you use to make sure AI models are not trained with your data.
→ Identify and address bias
Consider using data that is more representative of diverse groups to prevent AI from replicating harmful stereotypes.
→ Always be cautious
Limit the likelihood of mistakes by asking more detailed questions, digging deeper, and always checking for credible sources.
