But you know what's even harder?

Changing the way you work.

A few months ago, I stepped on stage to give my point of view on the mindset shift we need to make the most of AI in the coming months:

🤔 Ask deeper questions—the better your questions, the better the answers you’ll get from AI tools.

🤓 Think of AI as an eager, smart but clueless assistant that needs detailed instructions.

🔄 Spot repetitive, time-consuming or data-heavy tasks that AI can help automate.

🚀 Look into AI agents—the next step in AI tools that can handle complex task sequences on their own, going far beyond simple content generation.

AI seems to be the hardest word.

But AI is also an opportunity to:

- rethink how we work

- question old habits

- become more strategic
