Our AI workshops got people thinking about being more efficient at work.

Yesterday, Andras and I had our second and final workshop on AI prompting for public affairs and strategic comms.

Here are some takeaways from this session:

- write more detailed prompts to avoid rushed answers

- AI provides better answers if we ask better questions

- use publicly available data through links and uploads

- use frameworks in your prompts like Cialdini's rules

- ask AI to challenge your POV to get better answers
