We asked comms people to share how to get better AI results. Here are my raw notes:

- explain your challenge before asking for solutions

- ask AI to provide additional details to check results

- share more information on what you expect from AI

- use references, docs and links to provide more context

- have a clear idea of what a good AI response looks like

- use AI to criticise your writing (and your strategy too)

- tailor AI responses to the people you want to reach

- ask AI to ask 3 questions to help it improve results

- cross-check results with different AI tools
